California - Six Flags Entertainment Corporation has announced the removal of surcharge fees on in-park food, beverage, and retail purchases at its legacy parks.
This move comes shortly after Six Flags merged with Cedar Fair earlier this month.
Previously, the parks had added extra fees to cover increased labor and supply costs.
The policy change, which was already implemented at Six Flags Magic Mountain and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in California ahead of new state legislation, aims to enhance guest satisfaction by addressing visitor feedback.
Six Flags believes that eliminating these surcharges will improve the overall guest experience, making visits more enjoyable and cost-effective.
