Jardin d’Acclimatation to Unveil €12 Million Gerstlauer Coaster in March 2025, Replacing ‘Le Dragon Chinois’

France - The Jardin d’Acclimatation in Paris is preparing to introduce a new roller coaster in March 2025

The new roller coaster will replace the now-demolished “Le Dragon Chinois,” a Soquet coaster that had been a staple of the park since 1987.

This new attraction will be a Gerstlauer roller coaster, which promises to be a thrilling addition to the park’s lineup.

The coaster will span 300 meters (984 feet) in length and reach a height of 8 meters (26 feet), featuring multiple launches to provide an exhilarating experience.

The entire project comes with a significant investment of €12 million (approximately $13.1 million USD).

The new coaster will continue the Chinese theme of its predecessor, with the station building already under construction.

This development aligns with the park’s ongoing efforts to modernize and expand its attractions while retaining the thematic consistency that makes the Jardin d’Acclimatation a unique destination.
