Hersheypark to Debut World’s Tallest Screamin’ Swing Ride in 2025

Pennsylvania - Hersheypark, located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, has announced the addition of “Twizzlers Twisted Gravity,” set to open in the summer of 2025.

This new attraction will be the world’s tallest Screamin’ Swing ride, reaching a height of 137 feet and offering speeds up to 68 miles per hour.

Twizzlers Twisted Gravity: A Record-Breaking Thrill

Manufactured by S&S Worldwide, Twizzlers Twisted Gravity will feature two gondolas, each accommodating multiple riders. The ride will swing guests back and forth, providing multiple zero-gravity moments as they soar above Spring Creek in The Hollow region of the park. Riders will experience the sensation of weightlessness at the peak of each swing, enhancing the thrill factor.

Themed Experience with Iconic Candy

Aligning with Hersheypark’s tradition of integrating its confectionery heritage into attractions, Twizzlers Twisted Gravity will offer a themed experience. Guests can choose from four branded zones across the two gondolas, each representing a different Twizzlers flavor: Strawberry, Cherry, Hershey’s Chocolate, and Black Licorice. This thematic element aims to provide a unique and immersive experience for riders.

Hersheypark’s Commitment to Innovation

Vikki Hultquist, Vice President of Hersheypark & Entertainment Operations, stated, “We continue to invest in attraction experiences that leverage unique Hershey brands, so we are thrilled to add a Twizzlers-branded Screamin’ Swing to our unmatched ride portfolio next summer.”
