Indiana - Indiana Beach’s All American Triple Loop coaster encountered a rollback incident this weekend.
The train, carrying passengers, rolled back on the lift hill and passed through the station before stopping in the brake run, producing smoke and the smell of burnt rubber.
This incident follows a similar rollback two months ago. The coaster uses pinch-wheel lift motors rather than a traditional chain-driven system, which may be contributing to the issue.
Currently, the ride is closed as the park investigates and addresses the problem. No updates have been provided on its reopening.
