Maurer Rides has unveiled the Spike ASM Launch Coaster, featuring their new Adaptive Spike Motor (ASM) system.
This innovative coaster technology allows trains to accelerate beyond 1 g at any track point, enhancing ride design flexibility.
The ASM system is 20% more energy-efficient than modern Linear Synchronous Motor (LSM) systems, due to significant energy recuperation and lower energy demands.
Additionally, the system supports customizable acceleration and braking, making it suitable for theme parks of various sizes and promoting sustainable operation.
