Hong Kong - Ocean Park Hong Kong has introduced a new nighttime spectacle, “Night of Light and Shadow,” as part of its Summer Splash event. This multimedia show promises to be a visual and auditory feast, providing a perfect conclusion to a day at the park.
“Night of Light and Shadow” is held at the Dreamlike Water City Artificial Lake every evening at 7:15 PM. The show incorporates a blend of light displays, dancing fountains, and fireworks effects to depict the rich history, multiculturalism, and natural beauty of Hong Kong.
The performance uses a combination of smoke and water screen special effects to enhance the visual impact, creating a display across the night sky.
Before the main event, visitors can enjoy a variety of daytime activities. At 6:45 PM, the “Magic Talent Show” and “Summer Carnival Parade” take place at the Waterfront Plaza, offering a blend of magic, performance art, and festive entertainment.
The “Night of Light and Shadow” show is part of the summer festivities and runs daily throughout the summer months.
Apart from the “Night of Light and Shadow,” Ocean Park offers a variety of extra attractions and shows during summer, including the popular “Symbio!” night show at Aqua City Lagoon. This 360-degree water screen show combines water, fire, laser beams, music, and fireworks to narrate an action-packed story involving dragons.
