Tennessee - Soaky Mountain Waterpark in Sevierville, Tennessee, will introduce a new water slide in 2025.
The new attraction, named “Rafter’s Rage,” is a raft slide from WhiteWater West (Canada).
Launching from a height of approximately 24 meters (80 feet), the slide will be over 250 meters (825 feet) long and accommodate six-person rafts, reaching speeds of around 30 km/h (19 mph).
This addition is part of the park’s ongoing expansion efforts and follows the 2023 introduction of “The Edge” dueling water coaster.
Opened in June 2020, Soaky Mountain Waterpark spans 50 acres and features various attractions, including a massive wave pool and multiple water slides.
Despite the challenges of opening during the COVID-19 pandemic, the park has seen significant success and has become a popular destination in the Smoky Mountain region.
