Germany - Taunus Wunderland, a popular amusement park in Germany, is set to open its latest attraction, “Gobbis Energiefabrik,” on August 10.
This new ride is part of the recently developed “Aryas Drachenschlucht” themed area, which was inaugurated in mid-July.
The park worked closely with SBF Visa Group to design “Gobbis Energiefabrik”. Taunus Wunderland itself was responsible for the show’s effects, ensuring an immersive experience for visitors.
The ride, which spans 15 meters and operates at 14 rounds per minute, offers a thrilling experience with high-speed rotations and direction changes. It accommodates up to 60 passengers per ride.
Children aged four and above, meeting a minimum height requirement of one meter, can ride with an adult, while those aged eight and above and at least 1.3 meters tall can ride independently.
The attraction is set in the fictional village of Baumbergen, guarded by a dragon named Regulus. The story revolves around the Gobbi family, who inhabit the village and use a glowing crystal in the Energiefabrik to power their essential transport system, the “Gobbi Express.”
