Pennsylvania - A woman is suing Kennywood Amusement Park, claiming she was injured on the Thunderbolt roller coaster due to alleged negligence.
On July 23, 2022, she reports being violently thrown against the cart, resulting in chest, rib, back, and spine injuries.
Despite notifying the ride operator and receiving medical attention at the park, she continues to undergo medical treatments.
The lawsuit asserts that the ride was not properly maintained and that staff failed to ensure her seatbelt was secure.
Kennywood has not yet responded to the allegations.
